This position will be Remote, but you will be working closely with the United States and Canada teams through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and our software. Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve our website's organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research: Identify valuable keywords for the business and audience, analyzing trends and competitiveness to guide content strategies.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with creators to optimize website content, ensuring it's engaging, relevant, and SEO-friendly with targeted keywords and meta tags.
  • Technical SEO Audit: Regularly audit website architecture, URLs, and page speed, implementing fixes to enhance search visibility and performance.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute strategies to acquire quality backlinks, conducting outreach and managing partnerships for a strong backlink profile.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track website traffic, keyword rankings, and performance metrics using SEO tools, generating reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Algorithm Adaptation: Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, adjusting SEO strategies to maintain or improve rankings.
  • Competitor Analysis: Benchmark SEO performance against competitors, identifying strategies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Local SEO Optimization: Enhance visibility in local search results through business listings, citations, and Google My Business optimization, managing local campaigns and content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and designers, to implement SEO best practices across all digital properties.

Requirements:

  • Stay Updated with SEO Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain competitiveness in search engine rankings.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven SEO strategies.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record of success in SEO management for B2B industry, preferably with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • Expertise in SEO Techniques: Proficiency in on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, link building, content optimization, and technical SEO elements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, provide SEO recommendations, and report on performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes, such as increased organic traffic, higher search engine rankings, and improved conversion rates.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications: Certifications in SEO, such as Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ), Google Ads certification, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification, are advantageous.
