Who You Are

This position will be a Remote role and you will be working closely with the team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and through our software. It is important that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. We are a fast-paced company that is expanding rapidly and we are seeking team members who will share our vision for the future and work collaboratively in order to accomplish Base8's goals. Job Description

The main objectives of the role are to accelerate the growth of XO sales in the USA and to provide leadership to our LA-based sales and marketing team. Overseeing all sales operations in the USA and India, responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and clear goals, while providing your team with the means to succeed.

Team Lead Sales responsibilities include: developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Team Lead Sales will include: hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends

Responsibilities

• Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.

• Bring our customer-oriented approach to the next level.

• Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders at both upper management and the C-suite level.

• Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

Requirements:

• At least 8 -10 years of experience in sales is required.

• Experience with HubSpot

• The ideal candidate is an exceptional people manager with proven sales experience. The person enjoys working in a fast-paced high-tech environment and is able to further structure sales processes

• International experience or background working with other cultures is required.

• Leadership experience: proven track record in building and coaching sales teams.

• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

• Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Degree in sales & marketing is plus
